Gluten-Free Sourdough Company, owned by local Ashland resident Sharon Kane, was created for people with multiple food sensitivities. Many organic ingredients used and all products are whole grain and free of:

  • refined sugar
  • commercial yeast

Fermentation is an ancient process that breaks down elements in the grain, promoting more efficient assimilation of nutrients.

The resulting breads have naturally rich complex flavors and excellent shelf life.
